The service

Truett is a self-service workplace-investigation management application. Customers are responsible for their investigation decisions, access assignments, uploaded materials, and lawful use of the service.

Trial and subscriptions

The proposed offer includes one full-featured 14-day trial per company with no payment card required. After the trial, a company may select $99 USD monthly billing or $990 USD annual billing paid upfront. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

Usage

The proposed paid plan includes all currently shipped features, unlimited team members, and unlimited cases, subject to an acceptable-use policy to be finalized before launch.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel without a long-term contract. Cancellation stops the next renewal, access continues through the paid term, and payments are not prorated or refunded by default. Final wording must match the implemented billing behavior.

No legal advice

Truett organizes and documents investigation work. It does not provide legal advice, determine required procedures, guarantee compliance, or guarantee a legally defensible outcome.

Customer content

Customers retain responsibility for content submitted to the service and for granting access only to authorized users. Final terms must address ownership, processing instructions, retention, deletion, legal holds, confidentiality, and export.

Support is asynchronous by email at [email protected]. Truett does not require a sales call, demo, or separate sales contract to subscribe.

Terms still required

Professional counsel must add the governing entity, effective date, warranties, limitations of liability, indemnities, dispute terms, acceptable use, suspension rights, taxes, and jurisdiction before publication.
