Account and organization information may include names, business email addresses, roles, authentication records, subscription status, and support correspondence. Customer-provided case content may include reports, allegations, interview records, evidence, findings, actions, and audit activity.
How information is used
Information may be used to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, maintain case records, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.
Website analytics
The marketing site is configured for anonymous page-view and named CTA-event measurement through Vercel Web Analytics. Event names do not include emails, company names, case data, or unrestricted URL parameters.
Service providers and retention
A final notice must identify applicable infrastructure, authentication, storage, billing, analytics, and support providers, as well as the governing retention and deletion periods, before launch.
Your choices
Authorized customer administrators can manage access inside the application. Requests relating to account or personal information may be sent to [email protected]. Do not include case details in an initial request.
